This roleplay is open to anyone who wants to join, there's no limit in age or discipline. It takes place at my stable's installations, which summarizes to: a mare barn, a stallion barn, two pastures, two round pens, a covered arena, an outside arena and a small barn to park trucks. We are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and it's autumn. Here you can find pictures of the staff and the place. Write, add pictures, quotes, whatever! Have fun.
To keep things simple and organized, please bring three riders and three horses, as maximum. You are free to borrow our own horses as well, we know traveling with horses is hard sometimes. Our available horses are listed here, just claim one in your first post. You don't need to bring grooms or stable hands, our own riders will help with that.
Oh, the joy of having guests! Unique Steeds Stables opened it's doors and is ready to welcome owners and riders with troubled horses or riders that need a boost. Maybe you just want to have fun and do something different or ride something different. I am Nora Smith, the trainer of all the riders that work here at the stable. I have over twenty years of experience and try to guide my students firmly and wisely through the amazing thing that is riding. I have only ridden English disciplines, but we know Dressage bases apply to every horse discipline. I am also willing to learn about different breeds and cultures as people arrive.
Don't worry about your horses, they already have new bedding and fresh hay and water waiting for them. Lorenzo, the groom, will welcome your horse and lead you to the barn. We only have one groom and stable hand but our riders were kind enough to work a few extra hours cleaning and grooming horses. We offer turn out every morning and evening if your horse gets along with ours; if not, we have smaller pens near the covered arena. Our dear vet will be always ready to check on the horses if it's needed. She even has an office inside the barn!
When it comes to lessons, I am willing to take five or less riders at a time, that way I can focus more on each of them. Sometimes I like to play games, mix some disciplines, go on trail rides, work with poles. Feel totally free to come and watch other lessons if you're not riding, and of course ask questions. Also, I am not perfect so if I make any mistakes or you feel uncomfortable, let me know right away.
