Yes, this word is not always easy ...
Unfortunately today we had to meet our beloved Holsteiner stallion Black Diamond
In the early afternoon we had to call the vet of us unfortunately
but could still convey the sad news that he had ache
and we should make a decision because Blacki is now too
no longer the youngest and we no longer trust him an operation
With a heavy heart we decided to put him to sleep.
He now gallops across the Rainbow Bridge and enjoys the
always green pastures and the nice weather.
If you're looking to expand your coloured stock -- In whatever discipline, breed, or specific pattern you desire -- Then our group studbook is ideal for you!
Members are able to submit any of their horses to this studbook. Ideally, however, they would put their horses of remarkable colour up for stud. Breedings will be conducted member-to-member and should be discussed either in the #rcbl channel on slack or in a private chat. Members can additionally indicate if they'd like their horses to be open for BIY or Traditional (Or both!), whether or not this affects the price, and if they'd like their horses to be open to the general public via this studbook, or just RCBL members.
Stay tuned for more information! If you're interested in submitting horses for the 'book, discussing it's potential with other members, or suggesting ideas in general, be sure to join us in Slack
Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everybody who has messaged me here, there, and everywhere. I'm hugely flattered to be on the receiving end of many of these offers (me? really? are you sure?!?!), and... am actually kind of overwhelmed by the display of generosity. Thank you all, really.
Second, a loved one I haven't seen in a long time has surprise-visited me today (!!!!) so I'll get to doing my breeding homework and replying to everybody after the weekend, when they've left. I hope this isn't going to inconvenience anyone terribly/ I promise I'm not ignoring you.
In the mean time, my inbox is still open, and I would still love to hear from prospective sire owners! The more the merrier, right?
Some photos were replaced with conformation photos.
New horses added to the breeding programme.
Prices have been updated. Current prices are $3,000 for each bonus given and additional $1,000 for each bonus received. BIY is still $2,000 cheaper than PCRA-made foal.
Bonus points have been updated.
