She's name is Galina de Kerglenn (Lina), she's 4 yo and it's a Dutch Warmblood mare by Sirius de Kerglenn and RDEC Granada (RDEC Ambassador x RDEC Gardemarin). She became a great Eventing mare (4 bonus point).
