  • Hi! So I thought I had followed all the steps to get the tickets cashed in, but my request wasn't completed so there's something wrong but I don't get what it is. Can someone please detail all the steps please?

  • The members of staff complete those requests when they have time, so just wait a few days, maybe a week or two and it will be sorted :)

  • I asked because my request wasn't approved. Now the team has set a tutorial so thanks!

    @Aurora-Bianchi If your request is marked in blue, it has been approved, green means you have gotten the payment :slight_smile:
